Terms of use

Effective 27 September 2026

These terms govern use of kmbitsolutionsltd.co.uk. The website is operated by KMB IT Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 10463447, with registered office at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.

Website information

The website provides general information about KMB, Rackometry and possible services. It is not a binding quotation, engineering design, safety approval or promise that a service is suitable or available. A service is supplied only after scope, responsibilities, price and terms have been agreed in writing. That agreement takes priority over this website.

Acceptable use

You may view and link to public pages for lawful business or personal purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt or bypass the site’s security, introduce malicious material, scrape it at a rate that affects service, misrepresent an association with KMB, or use its content unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, KMB owns or is licensed to use the website’s design, text, graphics, software and KMB or Rackometry branding. You may not reproduce, sell, publish or create a misleading derivative of that material without permission. Product names and trade marks belonging to other organisations remain the property of their respective owners.

External links and confidential information

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. KMB does not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Do not email confidential customer, security, rack or asset information until KMB has agreed an appropriate transfer method.

Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care over published information but it may be incomplete, out of date or unavailable. You should verify information that affects purchasing, installation, capacity, power, safety or compliance against current manufacturer documentation and the conditions at the relevant site.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KMB is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or from temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer right that cannot be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may retain mandatory rights and jurisdiction available in their country of residence.
